An integrated analysis department through which all types of chemical analyzes are performed using modern equipment such as:

The laboratory also deals with international analysis centers outside Libya (Germany) for all rare analyzes.

- Three operating theatres are available within the Masarra clinics Existing building, in which a variety of procedures are carried out.
- Two theatres are dedicated to general surgery, cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, urology, pediatric, ENT and gynecology.
- One theatre is fully equipped with a laminar flow ventilation system and this is dedicated to Orthopedics and Neurosurgery.
- State of the art laparoscopic system, including all necessary instrument and equipment to do laparoscopic procedure for general surgery, urology, orthopedic and gynecology.
- Minor theatre equipped for minor general and gynecological surgery which can be done under local anesthesia.
- As well as there are four theatres present in the new building, one for ophthalmology, one for plastic, one for urology and one for cardiac surgery (will open soon)
- All theatres are equipped with advanced anesthesia machines, lightening, tables and full monitoring facilities.
- All theatre equipment are backed by an independent ‘Uninterrupted Power Supply’ which ensures no loss of power during surgery in the event of any power failure or even generator back-up failure.
- The theatre suite also houses an immediate recovery area.
- There are two sterilizing machines fully automated and give high standard sterilization of surgical instruments, though the policy of the clinic is to use disposal material where ever is possible
